Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the tool in its original manufacturer's box, including all blades, accessories, and manuals that were included in the initial shipment.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the return for condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
